Secure Folders program can be used to protect files and folders

I have changed my laptop's internal HDD to SSD. While using with HDD some folders i have locked with your secure folder software. Now im using the same removed internal HDD as external HDD but the files i have locked can't open & showing error. what is the possible solution to decrypt the locked files?

Does not work properly.
It cannot lock few media files.
